To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and a unique experience in our charming accommodation, please take note of the following conditions :

Occupancy  : The suite accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.

Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in from 4:00 PM
- Check-out before 11:00 AM
- Late check-out may be possible upon prior request and subject to availability, with an additional fee.

Included Services

- The nightly rate includes breakfast, daily housekeeping, and access to outdoor amenities (winter garden, jacuzzi, private pool – 1 hour per night from March to October, garden & terrace).

- The rate also includes complimentary hot beverages, bottled water, and a selection of local products.

- Secure parking

House Rules
- No smoking inside the suite ; Smoking is permitted on your private terrace.
- Pets are not allowed.

 

Booking & Payment

- The booking becomes final upon full payment of the total amount.

- Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer.

- A €500 pre-authorization will be requested on the client’s credit or debit card between the time of booking and the stay (security deposit ; no immediate charge).

Cancellation Policy

- All cancellations must be submitted by email to : lesecuriesderigny@gmail.com

- Refund conditions :

- More than 21 days before the start of the stay : full refund minus a €15 processing fee

- Between 21 and 15 days before the stay : 50% refund

- Between 14 and 7 days before the stay: 25% refund

- Less than 7 days before the stay: no refund

- Once the stay has begun, the full amount is due and non-refundable

- In case of force majeure, unforeseen events, or situations beyond the owner's control, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and fully refund the client, without compensation or liability.

Reservation modification:

- Any request for modification must be notified by email to the following address: lesecuriesderigny@gmail.com

- Any request to modify a stay is subject to the same conditions as those applied in the event of cancellation, depending on the date of the request:

- Any modification requested more than 21 days before the start of the stay may be made free of charge.
- Any modification requested between 21 and 15 days inclusive before the start of the stay will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the original booking.
- Any modification requested between 14 and 7 days inclusive before the start of the stay will incur a fee equivalent to 75% of the total amount of the original booking.
- Any modification requested less than 7 days before the start of the stay cannot be accepted.

All modification requests are subject to availability and must be approved by the establishment.

Any stay that has begun is payable in full.

Insurance

- The client is responsible for any damage caused by them. They must be insured by a typical holiday insurance contract covering these risks. Insurers very often include this coverage at no additional cost in your home insurance.
